Driven by lived experience, Peter works at the forefront of mental wellbeing, personal development, and community building, helping individuals break through barriers, build confidence, and unlock their full potential.
Dina Morais

Business Development Manager
Dina leads on driving growth and sustainability across Move Forward Movement. She manages enquiries, develops strategic partnerships, and identifies new opportunities to expand our reach and impact. Dina also oversees project coordination to ensure services meet the needs of our community and works closely with the CEO to align business development with the organisation’s vision.

Strategic Development Officer
Paulo is responsible for shaping and delivering impactful projects within the organisation. His role focuses on facilitating workshops, leading community engagement initiatives, and supporting mental health development programmes. He plays a key role in translating strategy into meaningful, on-the-ground outcomes.

With a strong background working alongside international organisations, Margaret brings deep expertise in raising funds to support initiatives focused on poverty reduction, mental health, and community cohesion. Violet Wambui Wanjiku

Wambui Wanjiku is a Trustee of Move Forward Movement and Founder of The Violet Ricky Leadership Academy. She is passionate about mental health, community wellbeing, and supporting individuals to thrive. Currently training as a Mental Health Nurse, Violet brings a strong background in Finance, Psychology, and over 15 years of experience in real estate project management. She is dedicated to creating inclusive spaces that empower individuals and strengthen communities.
